Question about ipad CPA with mobile traffic

Hi I have a lot of UK telephone numbers which are all all android based phones.In my list I can specify the age group of the people I want to send sms too.Does anyone know the average age of a person that signs up for ipad offers?I was thinking of aiming for 13-18 because they are gullible and most kids will fake the age.But I also thought of aiming for 40-60 because older generations are still unaware of these things.So if anyone has any idea then please let me know.Thanks
