Question About Invisible Pop Up

I was wondering if the Invisible Popup method in the cookie stuffing section would work if you put in a link to your PPC ads? For example a link to one of mine is this:


Could this work?

I wanted to add more to the above post but it wouldnt let me edit!

I just wanted to clarify what I mean .. I want the popup to come up with the page that the PPC link is advertising, like the user has clicked himself, but obviously he hadnt!! And then earn for the "click"?
