Question about instagram and Proxy

I wonder can you create
a proxy with 4g sim card and some program like

If that one doesnt steal data
Or some proxy with 4g sim card and 4g router?
Is it possible to change location of router or proxy ?
I dont understand that much about proxies
I want to create 10-20 instagram accounts maybe . But I think my ip is banned by instagram
I want to create with email and from app or browser
If email doesnt work last solution is with facebook.

You will have to purchase the 4g proxies, I personally don't use them to create accounts but you can. I would recommend that you don't create more than 5 accounts from the same IP address, be sure to keep all the account info including the number used and the proxy used to create them. How are you planning on making the accounts?
