Question about instagram account

I'm about to start a new instagram accounts and grow them to 100k followers. The question is buying ig accounts is safe for long term accounts or they are gonna ask me phone numbers and block me? I would like to start 3 accounts from my ip address. I'm gonna buy shoutouts to grow them and some follow unfollow method, so i want to know if it is worth it to get start.

Create Manual accounts if you are looking for long term,create it with a real sim card so don't rely on sms verification services for long term goals.

In my country i cant have many sim cards cuz they need id cards. So it's limited.

Yes but I would prefer that having a real sim card for the verification helps later when you get PV loops.Which country are you based in but?

I dont know something or your too optimistic? 100k? thats gonna take like year or two working crazy? About phone numbers,you ever loged in into IG? You want to grow 100k accounts and it looks like you dont even know whats inside edit profile LOL. buying is not safe is seller will restore account and scam you,otherwise you change everything? I still dont know how you plan to make 100k followers,with f/un alone its gonna take you 3 years and then if you spend 2k for shoutouts with perfect profile maybe youll get there faster lol. Well im not expert in this,maybe someone will give you some more optimistic insight,but it looks little funny to me,sort of,hey,im gonna make 100.000$,im just gonna buy some merchandise,sell them,and bam 1 million easy like 1+1.

I would create manual accounts, its the safest way in my opinion.

If you're really going to buy shoutouts, I'd say using a manual account is the safest way to go about it, if you're spending money, it might as well be spent on your own, 100% belonging.
