Question about .info EMD domains

Hello,

I'm wondering if .info EMD domains are actually that bad compared to .com/.net/.org EMDs. Because I bought a few .info which are EMD for great keywords and want to start writing content and doing SEO for them but is it worth it? Or I don't stand a chance...

URRGGGHH This site will not let me post anything!!!

I have tried numerous times to post yes, they are just as good, work on them and they can easily outrank others.
I wanted to write more details but this site keeps blocking every post I write.

EDIT: I want to add some more info...A top-level is always a top-level...the info names can rank just as easily and just as high as their more popular counterparts... I own many info names and I love them the same

I never believed Google trusts more .com or more .org. They appear more because people bought more .coms in the past
on the other hand some people who are not having internet knowledge might be feeling unsure about .info domain if they would have to buy directly from it

They're just as good as any other extension.

It's good, but google doesn't seem to like really long tail sites anymore. From my experience, you would be better off having dietpills.info than you would having buy-diet-pills-online-for-cheap.com

As long as it isn't too spammy, it should do well.

This is not true. I hold many emd that have number one rank, and have held that place for years, google emd update only applies to domain with no seo, if you have emd with nice seo content and quality links. You will have an easy shot at getting and keeping number one rank.

There are not top level tld's but .info stands for "information" Google loves unique content and people loves true information

if you will use google adwords for promotion,avoid info domains.
cause info are cheap than others. so some of them using info to do copycat website to sell gucci lv handbag,etc.(that's not real gucci,just copy one). adwords always take long time process to verify if you site has violation.
pls keep a mind.
