Question about ig accounts and proxies

Hey!

I own a 15k account and i'd like to buy followliker to manage more accounts and try cpa offers.
I have a few questions before doing this.
I never tried cpa and i want to test how ig and cpa works. Is is risked to create a new account on my phone and promote cpa offers by using the instagress trial? Is my 15k account at risk?

I plan to run 2-3 accounts per proxy later. What happen if one of my account is banned? Will my others accounts get banned as well?
And what about the proxy? Can i still use it to manage new accounts or is the proxy blacklisted by ig?

Accounts that originate from the same device ID:

- are at no risk for normal people that do not bot;
- are at moderate risk if you bot;
- are at high risk if you bot AND use CPA.

Proxies:

IG maintains internal list of IPs that violate TOS mostly. So proxies are a roulette game.

If you are going to go with proxies, I would find "virgin" proxies. Do you RESEARCH and make sure the supplier is legit and isn't falsely advertising that the proxies are virgin. Also, I run 1 proxy/account to be absolutely safe along with different devices for uploads.
