question about ig account creation

hi guys

i have many emails and i want to create Instagram accounts with it , my question is :

1-if i create all the accounts with same mobile/pc but different ip , will i have problem for using same pc ?
2-if i use same sim for accounts register , and i managed to get 1 account banned , will other accounts with same sim also get banned
