Question about how to beat my competitors please !

i'm here to ask you guys about how to ranking my website.

my website is https://hioneplus.com.mx its in spanish (Mexico)
my keyword is "cerradura inteligente"

i checked on semrush, ahref (SEO tools) to check my competitors such as
1. tocklock.com.mx
2. ezonmexico.com
3. xeseguridad.com

and my website is way better than them, i don't know why they are ranking up higher than me...
can someone tell me ?

better how?? It needs to...

- have better backlins
- have better content
- have better topical authority and authority (DA / DR)
- any combination of these
