OK, so I am going to start making some websites for people where i live - I think there's plenty of work around. Just gonna make some pretty small and simple wordpress blogs of about 5 pages for local businesses.

Going to get a reseller hosting package from H9 or Hostgator and offer hosting for the sites and hopefully build some recurring income.

Another string to the bow will be selling a few autoblogs on flippa / DP and offering hosting for these as well - on the same reseller account.

My question is this. I am not so much worried about the small sites for the local businesses but will the autoblogs cause any problems as far as bandwidth goes. When i sell them i will only set them up to post once a day or so and stress to the purchaser that they should keep it the same so as to keep the drain on resources at a minimum.

Do you think i will get problems from the host and how many autoblogs do you think i could host on a 250G/month plan - i really dont understand about bandwidth too much - how much would an autoblog use per day if it posted once a day.

Would it be better to keep autoblogs on one reseller and the business sites on another?

If for instance the owner of one autoblog decided that he was going to go to town, does my whole account get suspended or just that one?

Also how easy is it to change resellers with say 50 sites installed if it doesnt work out - is it a nightmare or is there a clever way to do it.

I just dont want to start on the wrong road and have problems later - I am willing to pay for it as well to get it right. I know theres a few questions there but i am hoping you guys can help me out a little with your experiences thanks

You won't have a problem..just need to find the right host.
More that 100 blogs in your reseller plan is not unusual.
When you get big , add more to your reseller.

    web space 125 gb
    bandwidth 1000 gb

My advise is don't cram all of the auto blog in the same hosting coz you will get ban due to CPU hogging.

If you want partnership, you can find me.
I supply hosting for you for free.

You can host many autoblogs in one account, but it depends to your WP setup and the autoblogging plugins you're using, some of them use more server resources like autoblogged plugin, you'll need to edit some setting there to make it use less.. .

It's better if you could use another reseller for autoblogs.

Usually hostgator only suspend/deactivate the account/domain that cause the problem not the whole reseller account.

There are some features in Cpanel and WHM that will allow to take back up and transfer it to another server/account, but you may need to move the databases manually, or you can just hire someone to do that for you.. anyway it should be easy.

You should not worry about this now, start first, when you get big and can afford more then you can get your own dedicated server.. .

I think H9 [reseller] is what you need.
H9 will let you spread your sites all over the world - hard to bit this feature.
I think they've got like 10 datacenters here and there. Big G will like!
Plus extra IPs - only $1 per IP per month.

Yes i've seen H9 and it looks interesting. Wouldn't the sites be on separate IP's anyway if they were in different parts of the world? If that the case you could have a serious blog farm going there dead easy :)

Do you planning to sell off the auto blog later let say after 2-3month?

    Its profitable by doing this.

Lancez, yes i am going to sell them straight away. I can make autoblogs all day long but I'm trying to decide on how to monetize the hosting and the logistics of doing this with the least hassle possible

On one hand I could build a recurring monthly income by getting them to host with me. On the other I could just off load them for an affiliate commission.

The second option is a lot easier and less hassle for me as I don't know the first thing about reselling. However for hosting small business sites I think that being able to offer them hosting as part of the package along with SEO services MAY be important.

For the autoblogs I am just thinking to make them on my normal shared hosting account and then offload them ASAP - in the meantime just give them access to the wordpress admin. Then I don't have to worry about them doing crazy stuff like posting 1000 posts everyday and screwing up my bandwidth or server load or something.

I think its many auto blog buyer already have their own hosting.

But you can try to sell them too.

If you want,i create an reseller account for you to let you start your auto blog biz.

    But must be profit sharing.
