Hello BHW, I really need help with this.

I had to change my hosting provider for my Wordpress website.

    What I did:

I downloaded backup of my website and uploaded it to control panel on new hosting provider. I pointed name servers(3 days ago) to new hosting servers.

I used same log in info on both wordpress installations. I can access /wp-admin of website with log in credentials, and everything is there. But when I try to download some plugin for example, it won't download it to new host, it downloads it to old one. What the hell did I do wrong? And this is messing my sitemap.

It honestly sounds like you are having an DNS cache issue.

I would suggest closing all of your browsers, dumping your OS DNS cache and then dumping your web browser cache. Once done, test again and see if the issue is ongoing.
