Question about hashtags

Hey guys, i want to upload a funny real, but i speak in my native language and my country is quite small country in Europe.

There are not specific hashtags to represent what i'm doing or they're extremely small like 5000+ posts.

So if i want to rank in my country and get many organic growth, should i put a lot of general hashtags in my reel's post caption like my country name and etc, or this will even make it worse? Maybe you recommend uploading a reel without a hashtags at all?

Hashtag are not used a lot no more.
I guess it country specific

you can try and use the small tags to rank up there then try bigger more general hashtags to try and get ranked on those as well
