Question about guest post

1. I know my site's content quality is very important, but what about the quality of the guest post I post on other site since I only want the backlink to help rank my keywords?
2. If there are two ******** links in the guest post, do they share the juice like 50/50? the more links in the post, less juice each link receives, right?
3. If I already did a guest post on one site for one of my money page, can I do another post with the same site for a different money page? Am I going to get he same amount the juice from the new article or I should not post on the same site again?

1. Still important because if the site gets organic traffic (which you should aim for anyway) the better that content is the more referral traffic you will get from that website
2. not sure, but if I were to guess I'd say yes. Better wait for other people's opinions, though...
3. only one backlink per domain. More than that it becomes useless, in terms of SEO I mean

Posting good quality content gives you good organic traffic.
if you have two ******** links, i think it will divide the link juice. Try to avoid posting more links. Little bit no use.
You can have more number of posting in same site for your different money sites. It will get same link juice. But it should be reasonable.
