Is it really true that you could get any linklist with different unknown platforms, and just insert it in gsa ranker and hit start, and it will post to those platforms without any ineraction such as learning mode on scrapebox before posting.

i ask this because i have scrapebox around 100k high pr links pr 3 and above, but it takes to long with scrapebox because of the learning mode step.

Nope - It will check every URL: against those it can post to though and post to those it can. It hasn't got heuristic learning capabilities.
There are a lot of sites it can post to - though most (numerically - in terms of how many different platforms there are) are crap.
Trackbacks, URL shortners, guest book links, directories.

All stuff I used to turn off even when I did use GSA.

GSA works for certain stuff well and some here still swear by it. - it doesn't learn by itself. You're thinking of "Skynet"
