Question about grabbing info from eBay to my website

I am looking to build a website that aggregates certain listings from eBay to my website. From the research I've done, it seems pretty easy to get a bot to scrape the information from an eBay auction. However, one hurdle is trying to devise a way to scrape dynamic information from listings such as price changes and time left in the listing. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this or can point me in the right direction?

For Wordpress sites, there's the PHPBay plugin that does this quite well.
