If you change your computer's IP, does this affect your Google accounts? I mean, like adsense. Doesn't Google use your IP address to label your account as yours?

If you check your gmail account then you will see the "Detail" which is the log of your ip address. I have observed that when i use an anonymous proxy to use to login to my account then most of the time it asks my phone number. But this verification is not mandatory..

No real problem but Google log it for anti-fraud purposes.

I think that it will make no issue, you might want to have to pass a verification check but that is just about it. No big deal here.
