Question about google sandbox

I don't know if this is the right section so tell me if it isn't. But I just want to know if I buy an expired domain or an auction domain would I be good to go regarding google sandbox (not waiting 6 months)?

It really all depends on the domain. If it has a "clean" history of usage, which you can verify using Wayback Machine, and it's indexed by Google (use site, then yeah there's a chance you can bypass the sandbox period.
