Question about Google Keyword Tool

In the new Google Keyword Planner tool, after I searched for a term or phrase, it comes back with a number under Avg. Monthly searches and that number is 150. Does that mean that there are only around 150 exact searches for that phrase each month? Because the numbers I see on graph above shows like at least 500k under each month. Thanks!

yes its 150, the graph shown isnt a single keyword

may be more than that if u search with phrase match.

Yeah but i think the monthly search is above than that.

Yes, average monthly exact searches/month. The graph you saw above would be for all the related keywords combined.
