Question about google images and Wordpress

Recently I started to add images to some of my sites, and seems that "hoogle images" show them.
Well, when I added those images I strated receiving thusands of visitor from "google images"...
Well I'm using the "custats" pluguin, so I have question.This traffic tht cystats counts are peolpe that enter on my site or are only visualizations of my site from the google images results pages?

Anyone knows?
