Thanks for the commentYou should get email notification only when your domain is properly authenticated in webmaster tools. And negative impact on SEO will happen only when you dont remote copy right material from your website.

If you're using copyright-infringing materials on your site, eventually it will come to hurt you.
Google might not necessarily send you a notification.
But technically speaking since you don't own the copyright, that is duplicate content in the worst way.
