Question About GoDaddy Domain Auctions

I plan on building a PBN some time in the future to sell links on, once I'm done with a few projects I'm working on.

Regarding GoDaddy domain auctions, once the bidding ends on the domain and you win it. It gets added to your account, correct?
Would there be another fee to pay afterwards, if you wanted to move that domain to a different registrar?

It will take few days to get added to your account once you win the auction.

For a period of time, it will stay locked and you will not be able to move to another registrar. That period is usually few months - However after that, you will be free to move it to any registrar you want.

You must have to wait 14 days or the date listed as soon as you pay the auction bid amount plus renewal fee.

Few months, few weeks, I just hope its the latter. Don't feel like waiting so long to transfer domains to new registrars after they're bought. Thanks for the answers.
