Question about getting a browswer that supports multiple windows and multiple proxies

Hi guys, I am having trouble finding the right tool (or browser) that allows me to switch proxies and delete cookies so that I can switch between IP's easily.

I know that Firefox and Foxyproxy together will allow me to switch IP's while deleting the cookie and cache, but I would like to use another program/browser. I've tried scrapebox internal browser, but it won't let me switch without clearing cookies/cache (unless I reboot the bot)

Any idea which program would fit my description?

I'm using chrome, than install proxybonanzamanger, you can load all your proxies from file there
than in chrome, settings, user, new user
repeat step 1
for every user assign a different image, i have 4 of them pinned to the taskbar
that gives you access to up to 10 (tested) different windows (non tabs)
