Question about future new site

Hello everyone, I have an Oracle VPS without using and I was thinking of experimenting with an automatic website for the category of healthy food, teas, diets, body oils and lifestyle. I found a site in another language and when translated it does not give plagiarism (I already have other automatic sites and they work). My main question is if that niche is very saturated in English or could it have an opportunity. English is not my main language but I understand it enough to be able to correct the errors that the site presents.

My idea is to create all the content automatically, deactivate the software and send it to Google and Bing for indexing, could it work?

If this idea works I would like to put together a journey but first I would like to receive advice. I accept all criticism

Many people are doing bot content. You can even find many journey threads. So you should be able to do this if your keywork research is solid.

with enough backlinks everything works, even pages without content

Publish your first batch of articles and monitor the growth
If that works out really well, then it's just a matter of scaling

Thanks for the advice, I'm going to look for a domain and publish the post. If I publish and after a while I load google search console, can something happen?

Is it true that people who read English only prefer .COM domains and do not enter .XYZ or similar?
