Question about friend requests

If you request to become friends with someone and they decline do they keep showing up as being able to add them as a friend or are they filtered out? I'm sending invites to fans of a page that is like what I'm going to do but don't want to invite people more than once if they say no the first time.

Do you mean if you use the java code?

I'm not using any code. I'm doing manual invites.

I think you can request to add them again.

It's the same as if somebody removes you as a friend, you can't find them on search and you can't add them as a friend again. It's actually quite a useful feature if your a normal FB user.

Actually this doesn't seem to be true. I checked one of the people who declined me and the 'add as a friend' button was still there. totally sucks because that makes it really easy to try to invite people more than once which could get you reported. bummer.

Yes, if you invite someone and they ignore your request then when you search them you can try add them again. however, if they decide to block instead of ignoring the request then you will not be able to add them again and more than likley will not be able to search or see their profiles.
