Question about FollowlLker

every few minutes it's takes like a break for 5 minutes .. i see it's related to "Aut0mation Interval" what is mean? it's take a break between what to what?

After all your set actions are completed, it goes to automation interval. So, if you have FL to do like, comment, and follow, FL will take a rest when all 3 is done using whatever time you set for automation interval before repeating the 3 tasks again.
