Question about FB Page!

Ok so i decided to start a fb page with x niche, trying to grow the page so i can then blast it with cpa offers, however the page is really small, it has like 9 likes i created it like 2 days ago LOL. So anyways i was trying to solve the problem how do i get more people to like my page? So basically i am wondering what its better to buy:A)12K likes from seoclerks, i know they are bots or not real people, ORR expose my page to 30 million people using seoclerks again.

Now logic tells me if i expose my page to 30 million people, that dont necesarry means that they are real or that they would even like my page? However if i buy 12k likes, people would start noticing my page and would be more interested in it?

I guess its better to have fake likes then just expose a page to fake likes. Plus I've found out that having many likes entices people to look at your page and "join along"
