question about fb account and proxy

i have pva facebook account but they are verified and used here in the Philippines but i want to use them on massplanner and use US proxy for each account. Will the account be in trouble doing this?

As i'm planning to create more account and verified it using sim cards here in the Philippines as sim cards here are really really cheap around $0.22 - $0.33 per sim card

These apps capture your IMEI number and phone serial, so they know it's the same phone.
 
I use the same old cheap nokia phone for hundreds of accounts with a new sim card. When you log in with a US proxy it will probably get blocked by FB. You will need to log in from the previous place and confirm it was you trying to log in in the USA. Then it will be fine.
 
i have that same phone :D so as long as I can confirm the login using my old ip the account will be fine?

follow up question. how about creating the account on US proxy but verifying it via Philippines sim card? will this work? or if i create an account using US proxy i also need US phone number?
