Is the name of the fake account in youtube commend or their comment with specific keyword can help people to search in to our video?

also do those fake comment account need to have own channel too.

That works with your blog/article. I don't know whether that works with youtube comment as well... curious to know about this from some pro.

I believe that works. Take a look at any person promoting those ol’ warrior crappy products. A good majority of them use fake comments to boost their video.
