Hello,

At the very beginning I would like to point out that I have a real account set up, and I tried to create a FB pixel through the business portfolio but FB has imposed restrictions on them and does not want to delete them. That is why I am looking for a way to start creating ads. I would like to ask about one thing, what is the situation in the case of this pixel being created by another person and then giving me the rights to it, can this person have access to it or do all the rights pass to me ? I am asking because I do not want anyone in the future to be able to control this data or delete it.
BTW. If I were to try to create a new portfolio should I do it with the same email as before or create a new email ? Does it make any difference?

in your case, they can use that pixel, you should be granted full BM rights to create that pixel and only you manage it. then the pixel will completely belong to you.
 
When someone creates a pixel and gives you the rights to use it, they still have ownership of that pixel, so find someone you really trust to do it.
 
It sounds like a tricky situation with the FB restrictions!
