Hello,

As i see on Facebook, it's not possible to remove owner of a Facebook Pixel.

What do you recommend to manage that ? As i don't wan't the previous owner use or see what is done.

Thank you

Yes, from a store

Why don't you remove code from your store? Or remove that person from your fb ads account?

Pixel is hot so i don't want to create a new one and i can't remove that person because he create the pixel

The pixel is tied to each ad account. If the person is the creator of the ad account, there is nothing you can do to remove him. The only other thing you can do is install a secondary pixel on the site. It obviously won't have any of the old data but it can start collecting data on the side for the second ad account. You can also pull the order list of the shopify account and use that to make an LAA on a new ad account if the data is what you're looking for.

I don't think we can install a secondary pixel on shopify. But yes, i can set up a new one, pull the order list and start campaign from the old account.

Thank for your help

Use the Shopify app "Pixel Perfect" or something similar. It'll allow you to add multiple pixels to your store. I use it because it makes it super easy to make DPA ads.
