Question About Facebook Ads

Hi,

I'd like to try Facebook Ads, so I will be buying most likely several Facebook Ads coupons worth $50. I need several accounts to use, since each one can only use 1 in a lifetime and must be no older than 15 days.

The problem is, I need to verify a payment method, and since I have already used my CC/PayPal on my personal accounts, how do I get to verify the new ones? Is there any VCC sorta thing or maybe a seller which is selling new accounts which are liable to use FB coupons?

VCC not work on facebook nowadays, believe me I have try it dozen time, use AVS etc.

Use legit CC will work, using paypal when first time create ads will not work right now
