Hello.
A few days ago a friend of mine gave me his facebook account(which has a page) he changed his email to my email, and removed his old phone number(he no longer had this phone number), yesterday when i tried to login into the facebook account it asked for a phone number, i entered my phone number and it said it's invalid, i received a mail about "someone may have accessed your account" and out of stupidity i pressed the "Secure your account now" button, now when i login to facebook it says "identity validation not available".
How can i recover my account?
Is there a facebook mail that i can use to contact them?

Thanks

Strange case. Facebook don't have email. But you will see options in Account settings to restore you Facebook account.

That's unusual. Looks like you were straight out flagged as a fraud.

Is there a physical account tied to that page? Like a user account? If so, I'd go to that account and open a support ticket explaining what happened.

I have recovered a page I screwed up myself like that. I changed page name and it was very different, they thought I was a fraud and blocked the page, then I recovered it via the support by explaining what I had done and proving it was a legit change. Sometimes it works. But this case seems to have been a cold turkey ban.

The thing is i can't access my account so i can't open a ticket, don't they have an valid email/contact form to contact them? i emailed to [email protected] and i received an auto-reply to go to facebook.com/help but i can't find any form to contact them.

should you forget your password and sending contact requests for account verification
