question about ebook marketing

say i write an ebook and upload it to a bunch of torrent sites, and i throw links to say my affiliate network. They click the link.

-Whats the referral? Is it blank or what?

*bump* anyone have any idea? if they click the link inside the ebook? whats the referral? what would the AM see?
