Question about eBay VCC

Hey, I'm venturing to get into the VCC selling business. I'm successfully tested Paypal, Adwords, and Facebook, ebay's next on the list. Could someone please tell me how much does ebay charge? Like Paypal charges $1.98 and Facebook charges $1.01? Also, how do I get them to ask to verify my account?

P.S. If you could tell me the rate for Alertpay as well that would be much appreciated.
