Question about Ebay and Paypal

So my Paypal got limited last week and I've been wondering, could I use my fathers CC and Bank Account to open a new Paypal on another pc and then connect it with my Ebay? Is there a chance they could close both Paypal accounts or it should be fine? Because I have 1100 euro in the limited one which I want to take after the 180 days.

chances are that they will ban father`s paypal when you link it to your ebay

Ok, lets say this happens. Will I still be able to withdraw after 180 days :? That's my only concern

May be, But if paypal is asking for some kind of proofs you can provide them fake one.

Hard to say if they will let you. You will only know until then. There has been instances where PayPal didn't release the money after the 180 days. It would have to be a big policy you violated in order for them to do so.

The info I used isn't fake on either of the accounts. And the reason my account got limited is for selling once on this PayIvy website in case any of you knows it. Thank you all for the help by the way!
