On the typical email submit offer. Do you get paid per email submitted or per program completion?
Unless the offer is formatted more extensively, you should be paid on the email submission (per lead). As long as the advertiser deems this as a quality lead.
So if a person submits their email, click continue/submit and then exits on the second page before filling out the rest, does this still count as a valid lead? Assuming the offer category is email submit or one field.

Depends on the offer - although the conversion pixel will most likely fire on the second page (after email is submitted, counting as a lead). You might want to check with your AM first.
