Question about duplicate content and multiple domains

Need help on some issue. I have same content and 6 domains ( if we cont also the w.w.w and non w.w.w then its 12). I use this domains only for email marketing, this way I protect my main domain. 301 its not an option to avoid duplicate content in this case.

Should I :

• To block the entire site
• Use noindex: prevents the page from being indexed
• Use nofollow: prevents the Googlebot from following links from this page
