question about dropshipping?

I want to start my own e-commerce online store. I have a few different manufacturers that are located in different areas and will ship. My question is, how will I do shipping if I have lets just say 3 manufacturers that ship separately and have their own shipping fees. Do I split my store into sections, since they wont be able to combine things and have it ship from one location?
