surre, dropshipping can still be profitable, but it’s more competitive now. Success depends on finding the right niche, reliable suppliers, and strong marketing. Focusing on customer experience and building a brand can help make it sustainable long-term.

still works but margin razor thin unless u own supply chain angle. aliexpress blind ship dead, slow + refunds kill. need fast ship sources, brand wrap, and upsell flow. treat it like brand building, not quick flip, or u’ll drown in ad costs testing viral products

It can still work if you pick the right niche and focus on quality suppliers. The margins are tighter now so good marketing and customer service matter more than ever.

It's a much harder game now than a few years back. The market is saturated. If you want to make it work, you'll need to focus heavily on finding very specific products or building a real brand. Margins can be tight, and you'll put in serious effort to attract buyers and keep them happy. Don't go into it expecting quick wins; it's a grind for genuine business builders.

At some point I will be able to come back and report on this matter, I am getting into drop shipping, haven't got anything better to do.

Yes, it just requires more time and a more refined model.

Dropshipping still works but the AliExpress-to-customer model is dead. Margins are killed by long shipping and high ad costs.

The current profitable model is finding US/European suppliers with 3-7 day shipping, then branding the product with custom packaging. You pay a bit more per unit but charge 3-4x, not 2x. Customers pay for speed and presentation.

I think we should use a hybrid model, keep 10-20 units of your bestseller locally for fast shipping, dropship the rest. This improves customer experience and repeat sales.

Yes, but it's a competitive operational model, not a "get-rich-quick" scheme. Profitability now depends on building a real brand, providing exceptional customer service, and mastering paid advertising (like Facebook/Instagram ads). Success requires significant upfront work in marketing, supplier vetting, and niche selection. It's sustainable as a business, not as a passive income stream.

drop shipping will never die. You just need to test new tactics until you find one that works

Yeah, dropshipping still works, but only if you treat it like a real brand. Focus on fast shipping agents, unique creatives, and problem-solving products not generic AliExpress junk.
