Hello everyone :)
Not quite sure if this is the correct category to post this but let's see.

I used to run 5-6 websites together back in the days (2010) and after 2-3 years they became dead (social media marketing niche).
Now i am stacked with these 5-6 websites with sales and almost no traffic at all but they are all 9-10 year domains.

What is the cost a domain like this can be sold in your experience ?

Thanks in advance!

In my experience domain age is important, but it all depends on domain names, traffic. Buyers for domains are hard to find, and if you want to sell for a high price... hard, you can try asking the same price you bought back then.

Why don’t you revive these sites add some fresh content, do some seo and you’ll be amazed at the traffic you draw, and then you can easily sell thrm for huge prices

Not looking for a huge price but because i was thinking to just don't renew them all the time i am looking for a way to make some money out of them.

As all of them are at the same niche i am looking to focus full time on one of them and leave the others.
Not sure if working on all of them again will have the best result but you are right that i can get 2x - 3x times the money i can get selling them now and selling them after 4-5 months of making some small promotions on them :)

As Mr Positive said, you can revive these sites and then sell them as working sites all with content and hosting.

Hello everyone. Reviving this old question i made. I plan to work on 2 of these websites for 2-3 years and see how it goes after. The 3-4 websites that have 10 year domain names + complete website + some sales (really small sample). What can i expect to get from them? I don't want to just cancel the domain as i am sure i can get something out of it but its the first time i get to play around selling a website.

Thanks in advance!

It sounds like all you've got on your hands are "aged domains". There are many factors that would weigh in concerning what you could sell them for, but without the sites generating any revenue, I wouldn't expect too much to come from selling them.

Yes i am not expecting much. In the end they are static websites with no updates/sales for the last 4-5 years. I just don't to just don't renew and let them die. If the max i can get is something like 50-100-150-200$ etv.etc i am ok with that. I just want to hear someone with experience on this so i don't get to sell this for something that doesn't make sense. Or of course don't ask for something that doesn't makes any sense also :)

Is the domain brandable or emd? You can check sites using similar names as your and pitch it to them by sending them emails or by phone calls
