Question about Documents service to help remove limit Paypal, Ebay...

Hi everybody, i'm a new guy in BHW but i have more than 3 year working in this job - make documents for ebay and paypal. I make a "real" documents and take a pictures by camera digital or Scan them and send to Paypal / Ebay. I don't sell real document, just scan or pictures.
I will become a Jr Vip and donate to BHW after have 100 posts and i want open a service topic in Marketplace - Misc.

I want to ask that I could be allowed to open topic about this service at BHW? can somebody can help me please? Thanks!

You should know that this is against federal law and you can and should be arrested for falsifying documents and identity thief? I want to leave a contact page linking to FBI home page but I am new here so I cant post that. Good luck, you will have to bear all the responsibilities when you are dealing with these. One phone call to the law enforcement by anyone and you are behind bars.

I see have the guy have nick name is secondeye can open this service in Misc. Why i can not?

First of all, experience is everything. By looking through your posts like 'can paypal identify photo id as fraud' and 'do you sell documents', i assume you dont have a clue regarding those websites? Eg, I ask for people to sell me fb likes, ask them for prices, and steal their prices to sell fb likes. This is just not the way to do it. I see people sell graphics here, maybe you should head in that direction instead?
