Question about DMCA

What is good host for file upload that ignore DMCA completely?

i had found some of them but they are expensive

is there any free solutions?

It means that he's looking for a hosting provider that ignores abuses regarding copyrighted material.

OP, you're not going to find someone that ignores DMCA without costs. Why would anyone risk something for you for free? Doesn't make sense.

But you can make a free Wordpress or blogspot website. Nobody's going to care while you're just starting out. Warez sites usually quickly pick up, so you'll quickly have to transfer to a paid DMCA-ignore host.

This should be in Web Hosting Section. Anyway your best bet is East European Hosting companies which usually don't bother about DMCA. After all it's a US law so maybe you will get a better response from Russian Hosting providers.

yeah, I'd watch out, it's just so much extortion with that crap.
