My website just got DMCA report by a bunch of competitors. However, I think these are false reports. I appealed manually using a Google form (see illustration: https://prnt.sc/FRGqLQmSq-jW).
I also signed up for DMCA Pro 10usd/month.
I am still very confused when using this tool. I also haven't been able to find much documentation describing the questions I'm asking.
So, in this article, I hope someone can help me answer some of the following questions:
1/ Is there a faster appeal tool at DMCA Pro than the manual form? Or do all appeals have to be done manually? If so, will I be charged a fee and limit the number of appeals?
2/ I read some documents saying that, when I sign up for DMCA PRO, I will have 10 times Takedown of articles that have copied my website, when the limit expires, I will charge 199usd/time (see photo: https:/ /prnt.sc/sSPi9-A0jV3W). But there are also places that say there is no limit to the number of Takedowns and it's free for the duration of the subscription to the DMCA pro plan (I signed up for 1 year).
Do you have any advice to help me use DMCA pro effectively? I find each DMCA service quite expensive.
