Firstly, I have read the following post: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-resolution-rules-procedures.1246633/

Here is the situation:
This year, I purchased over 50 Trustpilot reviews from a seller on BHW. Although I bought a total of 50 reviews, only 22 are currently live. I've spent hundreds of dollars and trusted this person immensely. For over a month, I've been trying to communicate with the seller to ensure they post the remaining reviews and replace those that were removed.

After a period of silence, the seller contacted me two weeks ago, promising to refill the missing reviews. Two weeks later, today, no reviews were updated or posted.

I'm unsure whether to wait longer or initiate a dispute. I hesitate to damage the relationship, as I thought I had found a reliable seller for Trustpilot reviews.

Meanwhile, this person continues to post daily on people's threads, offering help with both verified and unverified Trustpilot reviews.

Here is my question:

What would you do in my situation?

Here is my question:

What would you do in my situation?
I would start the process.
You already gave them a chance.

I hesitate to damage the relationship
Seller already did by hanging you out to dry.

Yeah, the situation is a bit tough. I'll give him a few more days and then report to the mods.

Nevermind,

It doesn't seem possible to reason with him.

He is now saying the replacement window has passed.

Although he promised 6 months of sticky review and I purchased the service on Jan 23rd, then messaged him about it on May 31st. This is sad.
