    Yep they are 'nofollow', you can see for yourself;

    Post a comment with a URL, click the edit button (within 5 minutes of posting) and you can see that the URL has a 'nofollow' tag on it.

    It isn't possible to remove it, since you can't put your own html on comments on Digg.
