I was thinking of getting dial up but which provider is the best in terms of getting a new IP everytime I connect. I'm looking at netzero, anyone have any suggestions.

Do not look at netzero or any of the other big dial up ISPs; the larger ISP's will most like have IP ranges that are already soft blocked by CL. You need to find smaller less popular ISP's, and maybe sign up for multiple accounts and several different ones, so that you will have a large selection of IPs to post from. You can get service for as cheap as 4/month, if you do some google searching.

Just a question, would wireless broadband such as Verizon, Sprint, Cricket be soft banned or possible for CL? I thought it all mattered on if the IP was Dynamic?

have a lot of experience with dial up and ip adress since i am out in the sticks and can't get hi-speed

send me a pm and i will tell you the isp i use

after signing up, i did a search for dial ups in my area
i use as many different access phone numbers that i can get my hands on

many of the dial up isp's will work on different phone numbers other than just the ones they provide- of course the different phone numbers yields a different ip- it is just a matter of trial and error which ones will connect

i have 7 different access phone numbers i can use- all local so no long distance- to connect to my isp- shows a different ip number and location from each one

the previous post is right about the big names- somehow they do restrict your dial ins to just their numbers (must be in the stuff you have to download to get their service)
