question about .de/.at/.ch serps

anyone has experience with german websites? i just started 2 but they wont rank, but i got no idea why. when i search the for the exact keyword (keyworddomain) it shows a damn subpage on result #164.

anyone has an idea, why google doesn't show the mainpage there?

I have a lot of german webistes, all you need is a meta for you language and backlinks from german sites
