Question about customizing CPA redirection

Disclaimer before I start, I have close to zero CPA experience.
I want to run a giveaway on social media, with one of the requirements being to complete an offer (so I can earn some profit). Is it possible to somehow tailor the landing page so that it seems more legit? Do any CPA network offer that? And since it's going to be people from all over the world, is there a way to have different offers pop up depending on the visitor's country?

If you are using a content locker, then different offer will automatically pop up based on the country. Just use a content locker inside your landing page.
