Question about cron jobs and site migration in Wordpress...

I am having issues with certain functionalities of a WordPress site that apparently is coming from corn jobs. The issue here is that this site just got migrated to our agency´s hosting, and the hold website management service forgot to mention they had some cron jobs running for the site.

We have contacted them, but it´s been a couple of days without any replies from them, and the site is losing traffic.

This brings me to my question, is there a way to circumvent this without having to wait for those idiots to reply?
