Hi, I found some nice deleted domains but their previous niche is irrelevant/general, so I want to build these sites from scratch and make them about my niche money sites.

a. Is this possible? If yes, how? Deleting/No-follow tag on evry pevious page of the site? Maybe except the homepage?
b. Will it keep its DA/PA, PR, TF if ill actually start from scratch?

Help is much appreciated.

Edit: All domains have real profile backlinks (30-60 ref page), (30-60 ref domains), 1:1 ratio.

Nobody ever created a PBN?! I would be so glad if someone would answer my questions, even via PM

a. Yes it's possible. This is what most people do. Finding niche relevant expired domains worth buying is a bit more difficult, but there's nothing wrong with re-purposing a domain on an unrelated subject. Some people like to tie to the two "themes" together, others ignore it all together there's no one answer for this.

For example, if your niche is "cars" and the old blog was a "mommy blogger" you could make your PBN site. "A mother's guide to buying cars" This is probably totally unnecessary but some guys like to do it, I know I do just so it seems like the backlink profile has something to do with the current subject. I haven't split tested to know if it makes a real difference. I wouldn't even know where to start with that.

b. Yes, but none of these things are really important. What matters if that it keeps it's backlinks, regardless of what the metrics say. Looking at the link profile does it look like they will still be there tomorrow? You want backlinks on deep pages that are aged. If it looks like the site owner frequently updates the page your backlink is on, it might get removed quicker.

a) of course this is possible - nobody is going to stop you putting whatever content you like up on the domain. What exactly do you mean by "Deleting/No-follow tag on evry pevious page of the site"? Simply redirect those old pages to the homepage to retain any link juices that flows to them.

b) DA/PR/TF etc have absolutely nothing to do with the theme of your site. Assuming the backlinks remain then these metrics will remain steady. This has no bearing on how Google sees and values the links you point to your money site though.

This is what i do if i don't find niche relevant expired domains. But i will give atleast of 3 months before putting link to my moneysite. In mean time you can just post articles about your niche relevant on your expired domain.
