question about cpaldead marketplace with game hacking scripts

so i got accepted at cpalead and i see in the martketplace that they sell game hacking scripts. i thought fake content are not allowed in cpalead. how does this all work? what is allowed in cpalead?

I'm one off this seller, on Cpalead you could use game fake niche it's allowed on it, lots of peoples use this type of niche. But account hacking is not allowed.
 
Best Example is Clash of Clans Free Gems, Elix, Gold etc...
Search on Google and you'll get tons of script.
Just change the ID and Enjoy :)

So how is this allowed? When a visitior want for example 1000 gold on a game he must complete a survey and when he completed the survey it turns out he will get nothing so its fake. does cpalead accept that? Or will cpalead only take action if the advertiser is complaining?
